Color steel coil pressure spot problem
What factors cause the pressure spot problem of color steel coils?
Color-coated steel coils are popular among the public because of their variety of colors and good luster. Sometimes, you will find that there are pressure spots on the materials. What causes this? Let's analyze it together.
Compared with building boards, the base plates used for color-coated plates for home appliances have higher elongation, yield strength ratio and corresponding R value and N value; and the paint film is required to have strong adhesion to the substrate, the coating has a certain flexibility, and the corresponding hardness is low. When the color-coated plates for home appliances are sheared and uncoiled, there will often be a defect on the surface. This defect is that the coating surface of the color-coated plate is slightly deformed due to the winding tension during baking, cooling and winding. Sometimes the surface is rough and presents visible pressure spots. Minor point defects will gradually disappear as the storage time of the steel plate increases, and can be eliminated by heating. However, even if the above measures are taken, serious point defects cannot be eliminated, thus affecting the user's use.
Color steel rolling spot is a defect generated in the production process. If the cause and influencing factors of this defect are to be found during the production process, multiple stops for inspection are required, which will affect the production plan and increase production costs. Therefore, it is necessary to simulate, replicate and evaluate this defect in the laboratory to find out the cause and influencing factors of this defect from all aspects.
In short, in order to avoid the problem of pressure spots on the surface of color steel coils during production, we must strictly treat every detail in product production, do a good job of regular maintenance of production equipment, and effectively reduce pressure spots.
Some of the color steel coils sold on the market are glossy, some are not as glossy as they should be or have uneven colors, or the glossiness decreases and falls off after the coating is cured for a few hours or after use. What causes this?
1. Check whether the fineness of the coating on the computer meets the process requirements.
2. The paint should be fully mixed and filtered before using the computer, and do not add too much diluent.
3. Control the humidity in the roller coating room to prevent water from mixing into the paint.
4. Check whether the thinner matches the coating, and the wet film thickness of the topcoat should not be too thin.
The solution to the dull surface of the color roller is to reasonably set the temperature of each section of the curing furnace to avoid being too high or too low.
The quality standard of color film is that there are four layers of processing on the front and back sides, so what are the requirements for its raw materials?
(1) Use aluminum-zinc alloy as the base layer;
(2) Chemical coating treatment;
(3) Apply epoxy resin primer;
(4) Paint surface.
